We want you to have an exceptional experience in our skin care studio. Please note these policies regarding your Autumn Moon Aesthetics visit.
Appointments are available by appointment only by calling 248-760-2128 or booking online.. We are unable to accommodate walk-ins, as our services are private for each guest and you must have an appointment to enter the studio. You must be 18 years or older to schedule an appointment. Those under 18 seeking a service will need an adult to both book the appointment and sign the intake form and waiver.
If your arrival is delayed, we will make every effort to accommodate your full appointment, but this may not always be possible. Your service may need to be shortened or rescheduled to avoid delays and inconvenience for guests booked after you.
RESCHEDULING & NO SHOWS
We have set time aside specifically for you. Should you need to reschedule for any reason please do so 24 hours or more in advance. If you do not show for a scheduled appointment without notification, a note will be made in your client record. If you "no-show" more than once, you will be blocked from making further appointments.
Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment to relax and prepare yourself for your service. Parking and entry to the studio is in the back of the building. As the studio is private and by appointment only, the entrance is locked at all times. Ring the white doorbell and you will be greeted at the door for your appointment.
We kindly ask that you refrain from bringing children to your service. This is your time to relax and recharge.
To maintain a relaxing, quiet atmosphere during your service please turn your cell phone off or to silent.
We accept cash, check, Visa and MasterCard and PayPal. Any returned checks will be charged a $25 handling fee.
Autumn Moon Aesthetics Gift Certificates are valid toward services or products in our studio boutique (please note that, at this time, online certificates are only valid toward services). There are no refunds on Gift Certificates. There is no "cash back" for unused amounts on gift certificates.
We reserve the right to refuse services at our discretion.
